Islam is the light which shone from the dawn of humanity. To bring humanity into the right guidance. To know what is right and what is wrong - Yusuf Islam          The Muslims Have got Islam as a legacy; hence they fail to recognize its value - Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall          We need spirited, energetic and strong young people whose hearts are filled with life, enthusiasm, zeal and dynamism; whose souls are full of ambition, aspiration and vigour and have great goals, rising and aspiring to reach them until they eventually arrive at their destination - Hasan al-Banna          Love cannot fully express itself without hatred for its enemy and our hatred of falsehood must be proportionate to our love for the truth - Maryam Jameelah           We must begin looking at each other as brothers and sisters…..and not walking brochures. Me Radia here!

Salaamz ppl. This is RADIA.
This poem, I wrote it at school because we had to write poems for Writing. We wrote a lot of different poems like around 4-5. This one we had to do about ghosts because we read another poem about ghosts. Then we had to write our own and make it totally different from the other poem. When I was writing this, I felt quite excited because I never really wrote a poem about ghosts & stuff. But poetry I really fun and I really enjoy writing poems A LOT!!

IT CAN’T BE, CAN IT? 29-06-2005

An evil spirit floats through the gruesome graveyard,
Of your backyard.
He silently floats through your front door,
And who knows what he’s looking for?
“It can’t be a ghost,” you say to yourself-
You huddle into a tiny ball,
As the ghost starts wailing, giving you a call.

Calling your name, he floats by your bedroom door,
And you know exactly who he’s looking for.
“Come here,” he whispers aloud.
It’s your imagination you think, but you have your doubts.
“It can’t be a ghost,” you say to yourself again-
You slowly get up and walk to the window sill,
But the world outside is silent and still.

Well radia, your poems is very good except two things: (1) graveyard in BCAKYARD?? I'm not sure that makes sense (2) Ghosts are usually referred to as 'it' I think rather than he or she...Otherwise great! Keep it up.
